Punishments

Punishments are executed through commands. To configure them, navigate to the top of the Chat Moderator page and click the hammer icon.

This will bring you to the punishments page:

Adding punishment commands

To add a new punishment command, click the Add Command button. A new command template will then appear on the page.

You can add a punishment command in three steps:

1. Enter the command Add the command that should be executed (without the leading /).

2. Select the flags Choose the moderation flags that must be triggered for the command to execute.

3. Choose when the command should run

   • Run every time a message is flagged – The command will execute whenever a matching flag is detected.

   • Run when a threshold is reached – The command will execute only after the configured number of flagged messages has been reached.

     

     Violation – A message that has been flagged by the moderator.

     Within Minutes – The time frame in which the violations must occur for the threshold to be triggered.

Only commands that are whitelisted in the plugin configuration can be executed. If a command that is not whitelisted is triggered, it will fail and appear as Denied in the Audit Log. View Configure our Plugin to learn more about whitelisting commands.
